About the position

The Driver is responsible for utilizing the hospital's truck to safely transport food to and from the Williamson Street Campus (WSC) to the New Point Campus (NPC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen when necessary
• Assist with catering or other food service duties
• Facilitate the clean up and disposal of cleared trays when needed
• Communicate well with dietary staff and hospital staff to better serve the patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Drive carefully and mindfully in order to ensure timely service safely

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to operate a box truck and a lift gate
• Valid Drivers License in good standing required

Nice-to-haves

• High School Diploma preferred not required
