About the position

The Driver position at North Coast involves making deliveries to various customer job sites and locations while ensuring vehicle safety and compliance. The role is integral to the company's operations, supporting the distribution of electrical products and services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and NCE locations.
• Conducting daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Ensuring the truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitations.
• Filling orders in support of delivery routes.
• Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Commitment to 100% accuracy and completing tasks correctly the first time.
• Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
