About the position
K&B Transportation is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for various pay options tailored to meet different hometime needs. The company offers three distinct pay packages with competitive rates starting from 60-70 CPM, ensuring drivers have a minimum guaranteed mileage of 2500 miles per week. The positions vary in terms of hometime and pay structure, catering to both regional and national drivers.
Responsibilities
- Drive safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding routes and schedules.
- Ensure the truck is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
- Ability to commit to the required hometime schedule for the chosen pay option.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with late model Freightliner Cascadias or similar trucks.
- Familiarity with safety and clean inspection protocols.
