Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Certified Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Current TB Clearance or ability to pass the Two-Stage TB Test.
