About the position
The Driving Instructor position at Central Mass Safety Auto School involves teaching teenagers and adults how to drive safely and effectively. The role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work both part-time and full-time. Instructors will receive on-the-job training and are expected to complete training and pass the RMV Professional Driving Instructor test to qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Teach driving skills to teenagers and adults.
- Conduct behind-the-wheel training sessions.
- Ensure students understand traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Provide feedback and support to students during lessons.
- Maintain a safe and professional driving environment.
Requirements
- Valid MA Driver's License is required.
- Experience in teaching is preferred.
