About the position

Ashland Driving School (ADS) is seeking dedicated and skilled driving instructors to join their team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. The role focuses on teaching students safe driving practices through hands-on instruction, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and confidence to become responsible drivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on driving instruction in various environments, ensuring students gain practical experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
• Develop lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles and educational needs.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts and address any questions or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding driver education programs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
• Proficient in driving techniques and safety measures, with the ability to demonstrate these skills effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with students, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Patience and adaptability to meet the varying needs of individual learners.
