About the position

Glasshouse Media Inc is seeking a licensed UAV Drone Pilot for an independent contractor role focused on Real Estate Photography. This part-time position primarily involves remote work, traveling to various booking locations around the Boston area while maintaining communication with the main office in Milford, MA. The role offers flexible hours and competitive per-project rates, especially for those with their own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure punctuality for multiple daily appointments.
• Manage time effectively and communicate with the office.
• Interact professionally with clients and various situations.
• Stay updated with changes on the company calendar.
• Operate drone and camera equipment.
• Problem-solve and multitask efficiently.
• Unlock restricted zone areas using personal apps.
• Upload unedited photos and videos to the office via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

Requirements

• Must have a valid FAA certification for drone operation.
• Must have own drone and vehicle.
• Ability to travel by car up to 150 miles/day.
• Must be able to walk on varying terrain and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment.
• Must have a smartphone and a clean driving record.
• Background check required.
