About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our dynamic team in the real estate media industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess strong technical skills in videography and video editing. This role involves capturing high-quality video content, managing post-production processes, and collaborating with various teams to produce engaging visual narratives that align with our brand's vision. Please note that this position can have slower seasons, and a consistent daily or weekly schedule cannot be guaranteed year-round.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional materials, events, and interviews.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage the entire video production process from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
• Ensure all video content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing.
• Assist in photography as needed to complement video projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in videography techniques and equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software, particularly Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator).
• Experience in post-production processes, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography and video production is highly desirable.
• Filming experience of at least 2 years is required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot License is required.
