Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of pharmacies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Gather evidence and issue citations for violations found during inspections.
- Operate general equipment including computers, mobile phones, copiers, scanners, and cameras.
- Testify at formal and informal hearings and serve as a witness in judicial proceedings.
- Provide investigative support by obtaining records and executing legal documents.
- Prepare reports of activities related to inspections and investigations.
- Augment investigative teams on selected investigations as needed.
- Attend training sessions to maintain and expand knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Possession of a license to practice pharmacy issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.
- Valid driver's license that is not under suspension.
- Ability to meet Pennsylvania residency requirements.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
