• Sort clothing items into carts by type.
• Manage cash register transactions, including cash, credit, and POS payments.
• Provide information about dry cleaning services, garment care, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and supplies.
• Hang or fold clothing items as needed.
• Assemble items using attached tags and customer tickets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a similar environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Position requires pre-employment E-verify and ability to access Government military base.
