About the position

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play a crucial role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers sincerely and being friendly.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock effectively.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store environment.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store for business operations.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is required.
