Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes with a focus on dry van transportation.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route and delivery updates.
• Participate in training programs if new to the industry or returning after a break.
• Qualify as a driver trainer after 3 months of driving with Western Express.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in truck driving is a plus but not necessary as training is provided.
