About the position

The Drybar Bartender position at Mane Wellness LLC is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a blow dry-only bar environment. The Bartender is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing client experiences from check-in to check-out, and ensuring the shop maintains its cleanliness and operational standards. This role combines elements of sales, customer service, and light housekeeping duties, all while fostering a positive and upbeat shop culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the client's experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
  • Create a memorable experience for clients by setting a positive shop atmosphere.
  • Troubleshoot reservation system issues and make changes to Client Profiles as needed.
  • Optimize appointments to fit business needs and check notes to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Maintain overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs and keeping the front desk and bar area clean.
  • Perform side work including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory management, and re-stocking product shelves.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.
  • Previous experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Track record in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of 6-8 hour long shifts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
