Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare accurate estimates for projects using On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or Plexxis Software.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals in the execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall/metal framing construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or Plexxis Software, or equivalent estimating software.
- Solid background in managing diverse commercial projects.
- Self-motivated attitude with a teachable mentality and coachable spirit.
