Responsibilities

• Manage and estimate commercial drywall and metal framing projects.
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid Proficiency and/or Plexxis Software for project estimation.
• Oversee a motivated team of professionals in the drywall industry.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall/metal framing construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid and/or Plexxis Software or equivalent.
• Solid background in diverse commercial projects.
• Self-motivated attitude with a teachable mentality.
