Responsibilities
- Completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
- Communicating with customers to help them understand their needs and managing expectations regarding the scope of work and costs.
- Delivering a great customer experience to create life-long repeat customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of paid professional experience with repairs, maintenance, and remodeling.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to own and use necessary tools for the job.
- Insurability for driving the company vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Capability to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with carpentry, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, door installation and repair, painting, and drywall.
