Responsibilities

• Repair drywall and lead customers to informed decisions.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams.
• Establish customer rapport to present appropriate products and services.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals based on sales criteria.
• Keep the company truck clean and inventory up to date.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
• Obtain necessary certifications.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Drywall Installer for a licensed contractor.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete a mathematical aptitude evaluation.
• Ability to apply sound business judgment in decision-making.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work from ladders up to two stories high.
