• Prepare project estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or Plexxis Software for project management and estimating tasks.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid or Plexxis Software, or equivalent.
• Solid background in managing diverse commercial projects.
• Self-motivated with a teachable mentality and coachable spirit.
