Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction site organization.
• Determine and address risk areas to maintain worker safety.
• Maintain project budgets including back charges and change orders.
• Schedule and coordinate with all trades to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate project milestones with clients and other parties.
• Establish timelines for project completion and make recommendations to management.
• Manage sub crews and punch out crews, including scheduling, training, and auditing work.
• Ensure quality, build time, and profitability of projects.
• Conduct safety and loss prevention inspections.
• Produce and update project schedules for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and floor plans.
• Thorough understanding of interior and exterior framing, hanging, and finishing methods.
• Computer literate, especially in Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
