About the position

The Senior Project Manager for Commercial Drywall is responsible for overseeing and managing drywall construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in the commercial drywall industry, capable of managing a motivated team and handling diverse commercial projects. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial drywall projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid Proficiency and/or Plexxis Software for project management.
• Lead and mentor a team of drywall professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial drywall construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid and/or Plexxis Software or equivalent.
• Strong background in managing diverse commercial projects.
• Self-motivated with a teachable and coachable mentality.
