About the position

The DS - Business Analyst/Workday Revenue Management Lead role is a critical position within a leading IT company, focusing on the implementation and management of Workday's financial systems, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Customer systems. This remote position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compiling, analyzing, interpreting, configuring, and managing information within Workday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a proven track record of supporting clients through complex financial implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects that involve significant financial transactions, specifically those with a minimum of 200,000 transactions or $200 million in annual transactions. You will also need to demonstrate experience in managing full project life-cycles for financial implementations, showcasing your ability to navigate complex project environments effectively. Your expertise in Workday Financials, particularly in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customers, and Suppliers, will be essential for success in this position. Additionally, the role requires current, active Workday certification in the relevant financial modules, ensuring that you are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to support the company's financial operations. As a lead consultant, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring that their Workday implementations are successful and meet their business needs. This position not only demands technical expertise but also strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret information in Workday Accounts Receivable and Customer systems.
  • Manage and configure Workday financial systems for clients.
  • Support clients in implementing Workday with significant transaction volumes.
  • Lead full project life-cycle financial implementations in Workday.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customers, and Suppliers.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in Workday Accounts Receivable and Customer systems.
  • Experience supporting a client with a minimum of 200,000 transactions or $200 million in annual transactions.
  • Experience in full project life-cycle financial implementations.
  • Workday Consultant in Accounting/Finance with lead role experience on complex projects valued over $10 million.
  • Current, active Workday certification in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customers, and Suppliers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Workday FDM certification.
  • Experience with Workday security.
