About the position

The Medicare/DSNP ITS Technical Program Manager (TPM) Consultant will oversee integration and change management for multiple new Medicare/DSNP solutions that will support the 1/1/2026 launch of a new Medicare/DSNP line of business. This role is critical as the new solutions are designed to meet the 2026 Medicare and DSNP requirements, which include managing prospects and brokers, CRM and customer service, enrollment, provider management, member experience, DSNP model of care and benefit coordination, risk adjustment, and reporting and data analytics. The TPM will be responsible for ensuring that these products integrate seamlessly with existing Medi-Cal solutions and business processes, employing an end-to-end deployment strategy that utilizes both agile and stage-gate implementation models. In this position, the TPM consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the implementation outcomes align with the established requirements and meet quality targets. This includes overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), training, user adoption, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards, particularly in relation to Medicare/DSNP services in California. The role requires a strong focus on project management and the ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare systems, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
