About the position

Four Seasons Home Care is seeking dedicated Care Professionals to provide non-medical in-home care services. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, companionship, and personal care, ensuring a supportive environment for individuals, particularly those with memory care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Transport clients as needed
• Provide personal care services
• Prepare meals for clients
• Remind clients to take medications

Requirements

• At least 3 years of caregiving experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Memory Care/High Dementia
• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant license
• Valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle with current auto insurance
• Access to a mobile smartphone
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Nice-to-haves
