Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the store.
  • Implement financial plans to maintain KPI performance and facilitate exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coach the store team on the link between service behaviors and business results.
  • Provide leadership, feedback, and recognition to improve financial performance.
  • Maintain optimal staffing and scheduling responsive to traffic and business trends.
  • Respond to customer feedback with urgency.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard managers and associates in a timely manner.
  • Assess team performance and provide coaching, training, and development.
  • Ensure store appearance and visual standards are consistent with the DSW brand image.
  • Manage resources to maximize financial goals and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee daily store cleaning, recovery, maintenance, and inventory.
