About the position

The DTC Marketing Campaigns, Digital Project Manager role at The Cigna Group is a pivotal position within the Individual and Family Plans (IFP) business. This role focuses on managing and orchestrating marketing campaigns that support Cigna's IFP offerings, including both Medical and Dental services. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to create impactful marketing communications and involves responsibilities such as digital asset management, direct response campaigns, and broker engagement. The ideal candidate will also contribute to copywriting and editing efforts to enhance broker communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and orchestrate marketing campaigns for Cigna's IFP business.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for marketers regarding workflow tools and compliance.
  • Oversee high-profile campaign work from end-to-end.
  • Contribute to Broker marketing efforts for both Medical and Dental products.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within Marketing in partnership with the IFP business.
  • Draft professional marketing content to support Broker partners.
  • Manage the IFP Open Enrollment campaign work, including collaboration with internal and external creative agencies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of Open Enrollment projects to document best practices and identify gaps.
  • Support marketing submissions for compliance and state insurance filings.
  • Assist in developing creative briefs for vendors and agencies.
  • Manage vendor relationships for IFP marketing efforts.
  • Oversee URL production for all Dental and Medical marketing documents.
  • Assist with online tool development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage the IFP marketing budget and review invoices.
  • Support creative needs for IFP Medical and Dental businesses and Broker communication.
  • Draft email and minor creative content for Broker support as needed.
  • Assist with campaign tracking implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience at an Enterprise or Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA or Master's Degree desirable.
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Salesforce marketing suites.
  • Experience with workflow management applications such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.
  • Background in drafting business communication and sales support content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Experience managing internal and external creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define tasks and establish schedules.
  • Experience in forecasting and budget management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment.
