About the position

The DTC Marketing Digital Project Manager at The Cigna Group is responsible for managing and orchestrating marketing campaigns for the Individual and Family Plans (IFP) business, focusing on digital asset management, direct response campaigns, and customer retention. This role involves collaboration with various internal partners to create impactful marketing communications and support broker engagement efforts through copywriting and editing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-profile campaign work from end-to-end.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for Marketers related to workflow tools, Compliance, IFP budgeting, online properties and other required systems.
  • Contribute to Broker marketing work for both Medical and Dental.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within Marketing in partnership with the IFP business.
  • Draft professional marketing content to support Broker partners.
  • Manage the IFP Open Enrollment campaign work, including collaboration with internal and external creative agencies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of Open Enrollment projects to document best practices and identify gaps or concerns.
  • Support marketing submissions for Marketing Compliance and State Insurance filing processes.
  • Assist in developing creative briefs and input briefs for vendors/agencies.
  • Manage vendor relationships for IFP.
  • Oversee URL Production for all Dental and Medical Marketing documents.
  • Assist with online tool development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage IFP marketing budget across all campaigns and review and approve invoices.
  • Support creative needs for IFP Medical and Dental businesses, Broker communication, and Cigna Healthcare Small Group business needs.
  • Draft email and minor creative content for Broker support as needed.
  • Assist with campaign tracking implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience at an Enterprise or Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; MBA or Masters Degree desirable.
  • Familiarity with products from the Adobe and Salesforce marketing suites.
  • Experience with workflow management applications such as Wrike, Workfront, Asana or Monday.
  • Background in drafting business communication and/or sales support content and messages.
  • Analytical mindset that can understand complexity, yet strives for simplicity.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience on a direct-to-consumer, analytically-driven marketing team.
  • Experience managing both internal and external creative agencies.
  • Experience in developing and executing against marketing plans.
  • Strong project management skills; able to define tasks, establish schedules and influence partners to deliver on strategic objectives—and on time and on budget.
  • Forecasting and budget management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment.
  • Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and value others' perspectives.

Nice-to-haves
