About the position

As the DTC Director for Depemokimab in the specialty business unit at GSK, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of patient marketing as part of the Depemokimab marketing team. This role involves working closely with both internal and external partners to gain insights into the patient community, which will inform the creation of a comprehensive patient brand strategy. You will be tasked with translating this strategy into a tactical plan and overseeing its execution. Your responsibilities will include identifying and leading the development of both digital and non-digital patient assets, such as web, social media, mobile applications, and print materials, while also exploring innovative tactics to enhance the overall patient experience through an omnichannel marketing approach. In addition to focusing on patient marketing, you will also lead initiatives targeting other non-HCP customers, such as caregivers. This position is part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to being ambitious for patients, and it may provide you with the opportunity to lead a team of customer experience marketing managers. Your role will require you to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals and excellent execution. You will analyze both external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities for the patient strategy, create and lead key direct-to-patient marketing activities, and partner with multiple agencies and external partners to develop creative promotional programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing consumer messaging that enhances the dialogue between patients and physicians, driving consumers to engage with their healthcare providers about Depemokimab.
