About the position
The DTG Print Operator is responsible for operating the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer and ensuring the efficient production of printed garments. This role includes various tasks during downtime, such as assembling displays, cleaning, and packing orders. The position offers opportunities for growth and development within the team.
Responsibilities
- Run the DTG printer and ensure efficient operation.
- Pull t-shirts from inventory and place matching work order barcodes on garments.
- Restock inventory as needed.
- Print garments using the DTG printer and web-based portal.
- Perform quality checks on printed garments.
- Fold garments after printing.
- Print shipping labels and package products for delivery.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in DTG printing or similar production equipment operation.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in screen printing is a plus.
