About the position

The Dual Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sales generation. This role assists the General Manager in implementing property-wide strategies and ensuring brand standards are met to exceed guest expectations. The position involves building relationships with key customers and participating in the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of hotel operations including guest and employee satisfaction.
• Assist the General Manager in leading the team and implementing property-wide strategies.
• Verify the implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives.
• Build relationships with key customers and participate in the sales process.
• Manage the operation of all property departments and ensure brand standards are maintained.
• Review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDS regulations.
• Conduct human resource activities including hiring practices and employee orientations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• OR a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
