About the position

The Dual Director of Marketing is responsible for directing the development, production, and implementation of all marketing strategies and related projects for The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach and The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour. This role partners with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to create annual marketing plans that align with revenue objectives, oversees internal and external communications, and leads a team of marketing professionals to execute strategies that enhance the hotel's brand and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the development and implementation of marketing strategies and related projects.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop annual marketing plans.
  • Oversee management of all internal and external communications through digital channels.
  • Identify incremental marketing opportunities and articulate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related major with 2 years' experience in Hospitality Sales, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 1 year experience in a comparable area.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing marketing initiatives.
