About the position

The position involves supporting the successful execution of hotel operations across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage. The role focuses on improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. The individual will lead a specific team, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures, and assist in achieving property goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of hotel operations across departments.
  • Manage staff and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

  • Communicate goals and results to employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
  • OR a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
  • Strong understanding of employee and guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing hotel operations in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and performance data.
