About the position

The Dual Property Sales Manager at SREE Hotels is responsible for generating top-line revenue for the SpringHill Suites and Aloft by Marriott hotels in Uptown Charlotte. This role involves developing new accounts and growing existing hotel accounts through direct sales efforts, maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving productivity goals. The position offers professional training, corporate support, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve productivity and activity goals by targeting accounts with appointment-oriented sales calls.
  • Maximize current hotel's key accounts by establishing and maintaining close contact with key accounts through various communication methods.
  • Capture and shift business from market hotels through research, networking, and proactive telemarketing.
  • Maintain an organized file management system to service clients efficiently.
  • Develop customer profiles and maintain an effective trace system to meet client needs.
  • Participate in associate functions, client events, and community events.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the business plan with management.
  • Qualify leads and prospects from various sources including tele-prospecting and sales blitzes.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and complete sales call reports for management.

Requirements

  • 2 years of direct full-service hospitality sales experience is required.
  • Fluent in basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, revenue management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player with all levels of hotel staff.
  • College degree and/or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence customers to close deals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Marriott and/or Hilton brands is a plus.
