About the position

Chukchansi Gold is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for the implementation of and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, supervision of the operation of assigned table games, or dealing specific table games to ensure game integrity and customer satisfaction in compliance with Gaming regulations. The role requires effective interaction with the public and Team Members, providing excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities include protecting and controlling the game being dealt, conducting games according to company policies, handling player transactions, and notifying supervisors of any irregularities. The position also involves maintaining a professional atmosphere, enforcing performance standards, and assisting in the training and development of new Team Members.

Responsibilities

  • Interact effectively with the public and Team Members.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Protect and control the game being dealt, such as Blackjack or Mini-Baccarat.
  • Conduct games in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle player transactions and notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.
  • Advise Pit Manager or Floor Supervisor of player disputes or arguments.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere.
  • Enforce performance standards and ensure compliance with Gaming regulations.
  • Check bank roll from previous shift for accuracy.
  • Assist Pit Supervisor in physical count of bankroll at shift change.
  • Observe game, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy.
  • Promote positive customer relations and resolve disputes.
  • Assist in the training and development of new Team Members.
  • Track players, noting buy-ins, length of play, win/loss, and average bet.
  • Familiarity with local jurisdiction gaming laws and company internal controls.
  • Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
  • May be used as an usher for events as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in table games dealing and/or supervision.
  • Appropriate licenser.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
