About the position

As a Duck Creek Claims Functional Lead at PwC, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Guidewire projects within the insurance sector. This role focuses on managing system implementation and upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Claims, ensuring successful outcomes while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships and leveraging team strengths to meet client service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and manage client accounts
• Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Claims experience

• Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
• Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
• Associate in Claims (AIC) preferred
