About the position
As a Duck Creek Claims Functional Lead at PwC, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Guidewire projects within the insurance sector. This role focuses on managing system implementation and upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Claims, ensuring successful outcomes while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will also cultivate meaningful client relationships and leverage team strengths to meet client service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Claims and related technologies
- Lead teams and manage client accounts
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Assure project success and maintain exceptional standards
- Leverage team strengths to meet client service expectations
- Manage performance to deliver on client expectations
- Cultivate meaningful client relationships
- Assure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Claims experience
Nice-to-haves
- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Claims preferred
- Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
- Associate in Claims (AIC) preferred
- Associate in Underwriting (AU) preferred
- Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) preferred
- Associate in Insurance (AINS) preferred
- Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
- Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred
