About the position

As a Duck Creek Claims Functional Lead at PwC, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Duck Creek projects within insurance organizations. This role involves leading teams, managing client accounts, and ensuring project success while maintaining high standards. You will also mentor junior staff and cultivate meaningful client relationships, leveraging team strengths to meet client service expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams and manage client accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in Duck Creek Claims experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Claims preferred
  • Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
  • Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred
  • Associate in Claims (AIC) preferred
  • Associate in Underwriting (AU) preferred
  • Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) preferred
  • Associate in Insurance (AINS) preferred
  • Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
  • Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred
