About the position

As a Duck Creek Policy Functional Lead at PwC, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of Duck Creek projects within the insurance sector. This role involves leading teams, managing client accounts, and ensuring successful project outcomes while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for cultivating client relationships and leveraging team strengths to meet client service expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Policy
• AICPCU Certifications - CPCU, ARM, AIC, AU, ARe, AINS, CBAP or CCBA
• Demonstrating broad abilities in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects
• Broad knowledge in Duck Creek Policy and related tools
• Proven track record in property and casualty insurance
• Building collaborative relationships with clients
• Developing an awareness of Firm services
• Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
• Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff
