Responsibilities
- Manage system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Policy
- Lead teams and manage client accounts
- Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
- Confirm project success and maintain top standards
- Leverage team strengths to meet client service expectations
- Manage performance to deliver on client expectations
- Cultivate meaningful client relationships
- Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience
- Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Policy
- AICPCU Certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AIC, AU, ARe, AINS, CBAP, or CCBA
- Demonstrating broad abilities in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects
- Broad knowledge in Duck Creek Policy and related tools
- Proven track record in property and casualty insurance
- Building collaborative relationships with clients
- Developing an awareness of Firm services
- Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
- Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Guidewire implementations
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to analyze and identify system interactions
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
