The Duck Creek Policy Functional Lead at PwC is responsible for managing system implementation and upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Policy within the insurance sector. Responsibilities

  • Manage system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to Duck Creek Policy
  • Lead teams and manage client accounts
  • Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff
  • Confirm project success and maintain top standards
  • Leverage team strengths to meet client service expectations
  • Manage performance to deliver on client expectations
  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships
  • Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek Policy
  • AICPCU Certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AIC, AU, ARe, AINS, CBAP, or CCBA
  • Demonstrating broad abilities in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects
  • Broad knowledge in Duck Creek Policy and related tools
  • Proven track record in property and casualty insurance
  • Building collaborative relationships with clients
  • Developing an awareness of Firm services
  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
  • Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Guidewire implementations
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify system interactions
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
