About the position

The DUI Level II Education and Therapy Group Clinician is a part-time role focused on facilitating educational and therapeutic groups for individuals with DUI offenses. The clinician will create a supportive environment that encourages accountability and personal growth while also providing individual therapy and assessments as needed. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a collaborative care setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate DUI Level II Education and Therapy groups using the designated curriculum.
• Create a safe and structured group environment that promotes accountability and growth.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and assessments as needed to supplement hours.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide integrated care for clients.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LAC, CAS, LPCC, ADDC, or equivalent).
• Training in the Change Companies or Driving with Care curriculum is required.
• Experience in facilitating therapy groups, particularly related to substance use or DUI programs, is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
