About the position
Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team in Taylor Mill, KY. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin' Brands and Company standards. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to build profitable top-line sales by developing a team that delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. The success of this position is measured by the quality of leaders produced through the internal development system. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to the team, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and fostering a culture of teamwork and community within the restaurant. This position requires a commitment to delivering friendly guest experiences and operational excellence while helping to build profitable sales. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Assistant General Manager will assist in hiring, training, and developing a team capable of delivering exceptional customer service. This includes innovating ways to build sales and guest loyalty, setting goals to increase profitability, and coaching Crew Members throughout their shifts to execute operational brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, be performance-oriented, and have the ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining a genuine and charismatic approach to team building. - Assist in the development of crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Coach Crew Members throughout their shifts to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience.
Requirements
- Able to analyze the factors which drive a profit and loss statement.
- Oral and written communication is clear and effective.
