About the position

The Dunkin' Crew Member position at Hudson involves preparing food and beverages while providing exceptional customer service at the Boston Logan International Airport. This role is essential for ensuring that guests receive high-quality products and a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile.
• Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare food for guests while adhering to food handling standards.
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about the menu.
• Be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and airport areas.
• Report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management.
• Stock merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience operating a grill and handling food.
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Experience operating a cash register.
• Previous food & beverage experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
