About the position
As a Dunkin' Donuts Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers with enthusiasm and courtesy, operating the point of sale (POS) system at the drive-thru or front counter, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will be expected to take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. Additionally, you will assist in various operational tasks, including stocking supplies and cleaning when not actively serving customers. This position requires a willingness to learn all roles within the store, including headset operation, order taking, monitoring, bagging, and window service. You will also assist leadership in executing opening and closing procedures, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
- Operating the POS at the drive thru or at the front counter when needed
- Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
- Learning all positions, including headset and order taker, monitor or bagging, and window
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assisting leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
