About the position

In this role, the specialist will provide desktop support, which encompasses the installation, maintenance, and administration of PCs and laptops. This includes managing IT requests from users, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of computer operating systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and various desktop applications.
