About the position

The Dynamics 365 Developer role involves collaborating with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop applications on the Dynamics 365 platform. The position focuses on converting functional requirements into technical specifications, designing applications to meet business needs, and building enterprise-grade systems. The developer will also be responsible for integration, plugin development, and ensuring code quality through testing and code reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Meet customers & stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Convert functional requirement to technical requirements.
  • Define requirements and design applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Build production grade enterprise systems on Dynamics 365.
  • Develop critical components of solutions.
  • Integrate with API and function apps.
  • Develop plugins for Dynamics.
  • Perform unit testing ensuring code quality and coverage.
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration and customizations.
  • Leverage cloud services to create highly available infrastructure and Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Build CRM DevOps CI/CD pipeline and implement continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Maintain and improve software coding guidelines and code review processes.
  • Work in an offshore onsite model across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Dynamics D365 (latest version).
  • Experience in implementing CRM integrations using web services.
  • Experience with PowerApps including PCF component development and Power Automate.
  • Experience implementing CI & CD for Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint.
  • Experience with application security implementation such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and SSO.
  • Understanding of Azure cloud.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL Server and Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity with CRM SDK and API integration.
