About the position

The Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Project Manager will lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP projects at American Equipment Holdings. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, technical expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and ensure successful project execution aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, focusing on ERP implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in business processes.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, including Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration with other applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with database management, data migration, and data integration techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
