About the position
The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) Architect at Concentrix is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role ensures that the ERP system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency. The architect will collaborate with various teams to deliver transformative software solutions and maintain integrations, while also mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations within D365 Finance and Operations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between D365 Finance and Operations and other systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in D365 Finance and Operations development, focusing on customization and integration.
- Proficiency in X++ programming, SQL, and other relevant development tools and languages.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain management, and ERP best practices.
- Experience with Azure services and Power Platform integrations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
