About the position

The Technical Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in leading the technical design and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment for a global Food & Beverage Distribution company. This position involves managing both internal and offshore development teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, particularly in the Finance, Sales, and Administration modules.
• Develop high-quality, scalable solutions using X++ and oversee the development process.
• Manage a 5-6 person internal team and an offshore development team to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and maintain thorough technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, especially within the Finance, Sales, and Administration modules.
• In-depth experience with X++ development and D365 F&O customization.
• Proven ability to lead and manage both internal and offshore development teams.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
