About the position

The Dynamics AX/365 Finance & Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP systems within a leading innovator in the Manufacturing Food & Beverage industry. This position involves collaborating with business analysts and end users to provide training, support, and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring effective use of the financial modules and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize ERP systems MS Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations.
• Provide support and training to end users on ERP and related applications.
• Triage incoming support requests and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with other business analysts to enhance system functionality.
• Configure and customize financial modules including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.

Requirements

• Experience implementing ERP MS Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep understanding of configuration of modules in MS Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience with financial modules and functionality, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ability to provide end user support and training.

Nice-to-haves

• Power BI reporting experience is a plus.
