About the position

The E-Banking Specialist at Blackhawk Bank & Trust is responsible for providing support and expertise in eBanking products and services. This role involves assisting customers with various eBanking tools, developing instructional materials, and maintaining customer documentation. Responsibilities

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of eBanking products and services including eCHIEF, eCorp, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, eStatements, Quicken/Quickbooks interfaces, and Remote Deposit Capture.
• Support customers in the use of eBanking programs and services.
• Assist with developing step-by-step instructions on eBanking products and services for other department members, bank employees, and customers.
• Set up new and maintain existing customer requests in the applicable systems.
• Maintain proper documentation on all eBanking customers and maintenance.
• Review the eBanking maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Excellent organization, computer, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers about products and services.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Quicken and QuickBooks.
• Banking experience.
