About the position

The eComm Marketing Manager at Exverus Media is responsible for driving ROI and ROAS through innovative advertising strategies in the eCommerce sector. This role involves building strong client relationships, leading the eCommerce team, and translating data into actionable insights to enhance business growth for retail-focused clients. The manager will also play a key role in defining best practices and testing new platforms and products to achieve tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and lead the eCommerce team in planning and measuring eCommerce/Retail/Shopper Media.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Experiment and collaborate with internal personnel, client teams, and creative agencies.
  • Define best practices and identify new opportunities in the retail media industry.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns and ensure marketing objectives are met.
  • Direct and develop a team, fostering an environment for growth and learning.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to provide best-in-class connected commerce capabilities.
  • Manage applicable client budgets with 100% accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in paid media, managing performance marketing campaigns for a recognized media agency or in-house media planning/buying team.
  • 3+ years experience with planning and executing eCommerce/Shopper Marketing programs.
  • Expert in digital planning and buying for Sponsored Search in e-Retail platforms such as Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Kroger, and Roundel.
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated client relationships.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Amazon and Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of paid and organic drivers of retail success and data-driven approach to optimizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional platform experience with Skai, PacVue, Criteo.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling.
